Get to Know Us

     Welcome! My name is Rikell & I am the owner of Kuuipo. Kuuipo is a small family-oriented business that strives to bring abundance to the community. My vision is not to follow trends, but to be able to have something for everyone, whether young or old.  Starting off, I will be selling all hand-made crocheted items made with love. As I grow, I hope to be able to branch out and bring more of my ideas to life and you all.

     We will also host Zoom group "therapy" sessions. I want to clarify that we are not licensed therapists. However, I am a junior pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology, and my counterpart is also pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. The structure for the sessions will be very open, but professional techniques will be implemented. I am looking forward to getting to know you all more, and giving a platform. I am aspiring one day to be able to offer free mental health services to low income communities. 

        Not only am I a psychology major, but I have made plenty mistakes and decisions that has drastically changed me and family's lives. I've been through many traumatizing experiences including being sexually victimized. I know how it feels to be shamed. I know how it feels to feel unworthy and/or violated. I know that fighting depression or just coping with life is an ongoing battle.  I am starting this business to hopefully be the change I need in my life and as my other lives' as I can.
