Galatians 5:25

Proverbs 17: 19-20
19 He liveth transgression that loveth strife: and he that exalteth his gate seeketh destruction.

Matthew 11:28
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
My favorite verse in bible study this morning is Colossians 4:2. It reminds me to be dedicated to prayer, and to be thankful to see them through. At times, it is easy to be distracted or overwhelmed with the struggle of our lives that we do not consult with God as much as we should. This makes me have appreciation for Salah and how muslims do prayer. Salah is prayer 5 times a day; at dawn, post noon, during the evening, at the evening, and at night. I may need to implement that into my daily routine.
This ties into Matthew 11:28 about going to God when we are heavy laden, and then Proverbs 3:6. Who else will give comfort me? I will need to go to the lord, call upon his name frequently, and trust him to guide my paths so that I may get rest. Not my way, the world's way, but his.
