Isaiah 12:2
2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
2 Corinthians 10:5
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Matthew 6:34
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
1 Peter 1:3-4
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
Romans 12:3-8
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Psalm 27:14
14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
DISCUSSION:
By the way, I do get these scriptures from my daily devotional books ( I will start picking out scriptures myself). The are two scriptures that are a repeat from one of the last bible studies. In which, are:
Matthew 6:34
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
AND
1 Peter 1:3-4
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
This is reassuring me that I should not worry about the evils of tomorrow because I'm already dealing with enough today. Some people are always plotting, worrying about what they are going to do next, and what tomorrow will be. We must all let go and let God work. We get caught up trying to control circumstances when that is just something that can never fully happen. Secondly, God is also reassuring me that there is nothing to fear because when I die my inheritance in heaven will be greater than anything that I could receive here. I truly believe that with all of my being.
The first law of thermodynamics, made by Julius Robert Mayer, is the law of conservation of energy. The law of conservation of energy is "a physical law that states energy cannot be created or destroyed but may be changed from one form to another" (Helmenstine, 2020). It does not even makes sense that when we die our energy just dissapears. Death is merely a transferrence of energy. John 20:29 states that "Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." Energy is all around us. We can feel it in the atmosphere. We can feel it from humans and animals alike. Just because you cannot see something or a process, does not mean it does not exist or is not happening.
